Chelsa Brooks is a skilled 6'2"
right handed strong middle hitter and defense specialist who lettered as a
Freshman,
Sophomore
and
Junior.
Chelsa can block shots. She led her team in blocked shots her
Sophomore
season. Chelsa was also named Honorable Mention All League her
Sophomore year as a member of the Ohio
Capital Conference. Chelsa earned all Ohio Capital Conference her
Junior year and Second team All Central District.
Chelsa has a 7"11" standing reach
and has a great vertical jump.
Chelsa plays for Hilliard Darby
High School that has more than 2,000 students and is a Division 1 member of the
Ohio High School Athletic Association and belongs to the outstanding Ohio Capital
Conference, (the Big School League).
Chelsa is now a
Senior
and Darby's starting frontline middle hitter and shot blocker. Chelsa has
been voted Second Team All Ohio Capital Conference and All
League.
This is an outstanding tribute considering the caliber of very good volleyball
players Chelsa competed against.

Chelsa played club volleyball for the Central Ohio Volleyball Club.
Chelsa's club coach is Mr. Dave Holtsberry, who should be reached through club
Director Mr. Vince Speciale at (614) 236-5377. Chelsa was selected to one
of the club's top travel team that competed throughout several states including
California.
Chelsa has compiled a 3.30 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale.
She is enrolled in college preperatory classes, always on the Honor Roll. Chelsa is a talented athlete.
Chelsa has lettered as a sophomore in Basketball in the traditionally
competitive lady basketball conference. Chelsa is a talented athlete that
can play more than one sport. Chelsa conditions and weight lifts thorough out the
year.

athlete during her high school career. She is
serious about taking her game to college where she plans to
